WINTER SOLSTICE :: Sunday, Dec 21 / 6:00 pm
Join Pagan Action Network Chicago for P.A.N.I.C.’s first annual Yule Party! We will be hosting a Yuletide swap of whimsical trinkets, knick-knacks, artworks and gifts with local pagans while enjoying the warmth of community. Featuring tarot readings, a Winter Solstice yule goat ritual, and closing with a community drum circle. Refreshments available!
PLEASE BRING ITEMS for the YULETIDE SWAP & GIFT DRIVE:
The swap is for people to trade gently used goods, keeping money out of corporations’ pockets and reducing waste while satisfying the crow-like urge to gather pretty, shiny things. You do not have to identify as a witch or pagan to participate. Open respectfully to one and all! We will hold a ritual to celebrate the solstice and cast light on the darkest day of the year. Bring a drum or instrument to participate in the jam! Also for our GIFT DRIVE: Bring hygiene or menstrual products for adults; packaged snacks, chocolates or fun stocking stuffers for kids.
